Matured on the premises

We use dry agers with Himalayan salt rocks to mature our steaks and give a unique flavour.

Butchered on the premises

We butcher all our steaks by hand on the premises.

Our own cows

We have our own sussex steer cows from a local farm in Rye which can be booked in advance as we have limited availability.
